Straight guys acting gay reddit

From high school onwards, I always noticed that most straight boys around me loved pretending to act gay sexually e.g. by pretending to kiss one another on instagram posts or pretending to wank each other off etc.

What is your opinion on openly gay but very straight acting guys? I’ve been feeling a bit insecure because a lot of people assume I’m straight because of my voice, interests, and fashion sense. I’ve been told that a lot of other gays find it off-putting.
