Is leonard snart a good guy

Leonard Snart, alias Captain Cold, transitioned from villain to hero after being inspired by the Flash's good deeds. This led him to sacrifice himself to save his team at the Vanishing Point, marking his redemption.

But I don't remember a single instance of Snart ever fucking up a mission. The closest he came to making a mistake was not killing Mick when he had the chance, but there was no way he could have known the Time Masters would turn him into Chronos.
