The Manuel Antonio / Quepos area is one of the more popular destinations for LGBT travelers in Costa Rica. Interestingly, that does not translate into a whole lot of places for nightlife. After much researching our group came across Karma, a very lovely gay bar located under Victoria's Cafe on the main road in Manuel Antonio.
